Quick fixes

I can't connect to online races

Check your internet connection and try again. Your offline career and garage work without a connection.

My progress is missing after reinstalling

Your career is saved on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it, and on Android the career isn't included in Google cloud backups. On iPhone, restoring a device backup restores it.

Someone is bothering me online

Block the player from their profile. A blocked player can't find you by handle or add you as a friend. You can also report a handle here.
