Legal
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of REDLINE 1320: Drag Racing (“the game”) and this website. By playing the game or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Who we are
REDLINE 1320 is made and published by Stunna Studios, Jamaica (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at dev@oranefindley.com or through the support page.
Availability
REDLINE 1320 is planned for iOS and Android. Availability, features and release timing may vary by platform, region, device, operating system version and store review. Online features need an internet connection and may be changed, paused or retired.
Your online account
When you go online, the game creates an account for you automatically and you choose a player handle. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time; see the data deletion page.
Fair racing
- Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or tamper with race results, times or the game's files.
- Don't pick handles or ghost messages that are offensive, hateful, misleading or impersonate someone else.
- Don't harass other players or interfere with the servers, leaderboards or other players' games.
- Don't copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it.
We may reject or remove results, reset leaderboard entries, change a handle, or suspend or remove an online account that breaks these rules. Your offline career stays on your device.
In-game cash and items
The game uses in-game race cash, cars, parts, rims, paint and other virtual items. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't your property outside the game. We may rebalance, change, add or remove them to keep racing fair and fun.
Purchases and ads
The current game has no in-app purchases and no ads. If we add them, purchases will be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms and refund rules, and we will update these terms and our privacy policy first.
Fiction and real-world driving
All cars, drivers, crews and tracks in REDLINE 1320 are fictional, and the game does not name or endorse any real vehicle maker. REDLINE 1320 is a game. Never street race on public roads. Drag race only at a sanctioned track with proper safety equipment.
Intellectual property
REDLINE 1320, including its name, logo, gameplay, art, music, interface and code, belongs to Stunna Studios or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game under these terms.
Disclaimers
The game and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free play, permanent availability of online features or saved online data, or compatibility with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Stunna Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the game or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. We will change the effective date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
